American astronomers discover distant black holes through X-rays
This is a photo released by NASA on November 6th of the farthest black hole ever discovered through X-rays.
NASA announced on the 6th that astronomers have jointly used the James Webb Space Telescope and the Chandra X-ray Observatory to observe the farthest black hole ever discovered through X-rays. According to reports, this black hole is located in a galaxy codenamed UHZ1, which is approximately 13.2 billion light years away from Earth, meaning it formed when the universe was very young.
