General Manager Li Yibin Visits Shanghai Aolong Xingdi New Factory Area
On June 30th, General Manager Li Yibin visited the newly relocated factory area of Shanghai Aolong Xingdi during his participation in the International Semiconductor Exhibition in Shanghai. After visiting the workshop and office area, General Manager Li carefully inquired about Aolong's first fully automatic Brinell hardness testing and sorting system for bar materials produced by a military enterprise in China. General Manager Fei Hong and Deputy General Manager Xu Zhanping of Aolong Xingdi introduced the product performance and characteristics of the system in detail to General Manager Li.
After six months of production and research, the automatic Brinell hardness detection and sorting system for bar materials has been successfully completed and delivered for use with the support of the group headquarters. The system has provided Hardness detection guarantee for many enterprises in the military industry and aerospace field, and has created observable economic and social benefits for the company. The successful delivery of this project marks that Aolong has taken the forefront of international technology in the field of online hardness testing in the Chinese hardness tester industry.
Before 2015, domestic online hardness testing technology was not yet mature and widespread due to its relatively backward technology. With the increasing demand for quality from users, Shanghai Aolong Xingdi, led by General Manager Fei Hong, has invested a large amount of funds and manpower in research and development, and developed advanced technologies such as Aolong Core control system. Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers have achieved one click fully automatic measurement, and launched a series of high-end Brinell hardness testers. Some technical indicators have even surpassed imported hardness testers, filling the gap in the high-end market of domestic hardness testers.
