Intern Training Week
In July, it was hot, but the enthusiasm was not limited to the weather. Three interns from the Geological College of Aolong Group participated in the group's onboarding training with fiery enthusiasm.
Highly valued and carefully prepared. In order to do a good job in this onboarding training, enable new employees to fully understand and integrate into the company culture, improve team collaboration ability, enhance personal qualities, and achieve the transformation from students to professionals, the Enterprise Management Department has made careful preparations and arrangements. The training plan runs through the entire internship stage, covering courses such as company history, organizational structure, corporate culture, rules and regulations, workflow, and product knowledge. Relevant leaders will be invited as training instructors to provide detailed explanations for new employees and lay the foundation for their work and life.
