XXGH-2005 x-ray weld testing equipment, which is equipped with the 200 kV ceramic X-ray insert，the beam angle of it can be selected at 30×360° or 25×360°. XXGH-2005 x-ray weld testing equipment can penetrate 27mm Q235 steel when the working voltage is 200kV and the focal distance is 600mm.
XXGH-2005 x-ray weld testing equipment adopts the selected ceramic X-ray insert carefully. X-ray insert is the core part of the whole set of x-ray weld testing equipment. The performance and quality of the insert directly determine the quality of the whole set of machine. Selected ceramic X-ray insert is more suitable for field construction, low temperature and other badly working environment, to ensure that the XXGH-2005 x-ray equipment can work normally in badly environment.
THE CONTROL PANEL OF XXGH-2005
The voltage adjustment of the control panel adopts knob operation, which can quickly and accurately adjust the voltage parameters. Button switch is used to turn on and off high voltage, which is easy to operate. The control panel of the is also equipped with an emergency stop switch to quickly cut off the high voltage in case of emergency and ensure the safety of the XXGH-2005 x-ray weld testing equipment.
