Industrial ceramic x-ray tube equipment, which is equipped with the 300 kV ceramic X-ray insert, the beam angle of it can be selected at 30×360° or 25×360°. Industrial x-ray tube machine can penetrate 47mm Q235 steel when the working voltage is 300kV and the focal distance is 600mm.
The core component of the industrial ceramic x-ray tube equipment is ceramic X-ray tube, ordinary X-ray tube is mainly composed of anode, cathode and tube shell. X-ray is excited by ceramic X-ray tube and high voltage, can be applied by the voltage, current to adjust the intensity of X-ray.For a low-pressure X-ray tube machine, only a small part of the energy input into the X-ray tube is converted into X-rays, and most of it is converted into heat, so good heat dissipation must be ensured for the ceramic x-ray tube machine.
Industrial Ceramic X-ray Tube Equipment uses SF6 gas insulation, small volume, light weight. The machine is composed of console, X-ray generator and low-voltage connecting cable.
