NDT x-ray pipe inspection machine which is equipped with the 300 kV glass X-ray insert，the beam angle of it can be selected at 30×360° or 25×360°. The x ray ndt can penetrate 47mm Q235 steel when the working voltage is 300kV and the focal distance is 600mm.
X-Ray Pipe Inspection machine adopts combined x-ray generator, whose x-ray tube, high pressure generator and cooling system are installed in a housing, also simply called ray generator, in which the x-ray generator is filled with insulating medium. The pipe x-ray machine consists of two units, a controller and a x-ray generator, which are connected by a low-voltage cable.
The generator with strong adjust-ability. lt adapts the control circuit and control technology to control the power source, so it can work at anyone methods of supply. The product technology has gotten two national patents.
Application fields of x ray ndt: spaceflight industry, shipbuilding industry, metallurgy industry,chemical industry，power supply， automobiles,pressure container, heavy machine manufacture industry, bridge building industry and others.
