Panoramic glass x-ray insert machine, which is equipped with the 300 kV glass X-ray insert，the beam angle of it can be selected at 30 × 360° or 25 × 360°, panoramic x ray machine can penetrate 27mm Q235 steel when the working voltage is 300kV and the focal distance is 600mm.
The panoramic glass x-ray insert machine adopts the selected glass X-ray insert carefully. X-ray insert is the core part of the whole set of the panoramic x ray machine. The performance and quality of the insert directly determine the quality of the whole set of machine. If the machine is used in the factory, panoramic glass x-ray machine is more bang for the buck.
The panoramic glass x-ray insert machine can be divided into directional radiation and Panoramic radiation. The directional radiation is fixed and the cone Angle of the radiation beam is generally between 40° and 45°.The Panoramic beam radiates X-rays simultaneously on a 360° circle perpendicular to the axis of the X-ray tube.
For the detection of annular weld of large diameter pipe fittings and spherical vessel, the whole weld can be detected by one exposure, thus greatly improving the detection efficiency.
