Portable x-ray NDT welding inspection equipment equipped with the seletcted 250 kV glass X-ray insert with the beam angle of 30 × 360 ° and 25 × 360 ° option. Under the working voltage of 250kV and focal distance of 600mm, Portable x-ray NDT welding inspection equipment can penetrate 37mm Q235 steel
Portable x-ray NDT welding inspection equipment adopts combined x-ray generator, whose X-ray tube, high pressure generator and cooling system are installed in a housing, also simply called x-ray generator, in which the x-ray generator is filled with insulating medium.
The X-ray welding inspection equipment consists of two units, a controller and a x-ray generator, which are connected by a low-voltage cable.The core component of portable x-ray equipment is X-ray tube, ordinary X-ray tube is mainly composed of anode, cathode and tube shell. X-ray is excited by X-ray tube and high voltage, can be applied by the voltage, current to adjust the intensity of X-ray.
For a low-pressure X-ray machine, only a small part of the energy input into the X-ray tube is converted into X-rays, and most of it is converted into heat, so good heat dissipation must be ensured for the X-ray Welding Inspection equipment.
Portable x-ray NDT welding inspection equipment is used to show the internal discontinuity or faults of materials, products or welding from a radiographic image on a film; can be used in the fields of ship-building, mechanical manufacturing, aviation, railroad, pressure vessel, boiler, petroleum, chemical and national defense, performing the non-destructive testing, especially at the construction site or high above the ground applications. Besides of its advantages of small size, light weight, easy to use, simple operation and self-troubleshooting, this machine has excellent performance of strongly interference-free capability, good working stability and operating reliability.
