XXH-1605 Inspection of Pipe Welding Equipment equipped with the seletcted 160 kV glass X-ray insert with the beam angle of 30 × 360 ° and 25 × 360 ° option. Under the working voltage of 160kV and focal distance of 600mm, XXH-1605 Inspection of Pipe Welding Equipment can penetrate 15mm Q235 steel.
XXH-1605 inspection of pipe welding equipment is suitable for the national defense, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, machinery, aerospace, and construction industries check hull, pipeline, high pressure vessel, boiler, materials, spare parts processing, including aircraft, vehicle and bridge welding quality, internal defects and various light metal, rubber, ceramics and so on processing quality.
The workpiece thickness of XXH-1605 pipe welding inspection equipment can be tested under 15 mm A3 steel.
XXH1605 pipe welding inspection equipment adopts combined ray generator, whose X-ray tube, high pressure generator and cooling system are installed in a housing, also simply called ray generator, in which the ray generator is filled with insulating medium.
The XXH-1605 inspection of Pipe welding equipment consists of two units, a controller and a x-ray generator, which are connected by a low-voltage cable.
