XXG-2505 ceramic x-ray insert NDT products equipped with the seletcted 250 kV ceramic X-ray insert with the beam angle of 40+5°. Under the working voltage of 250kV and focal distance of 600mm, it can penetrate 40mm Q235 steel, which is the highest level of similar machine in China.
XXG-2505 ceramic x-ray insert NDT products are nondestructive flaw detection method which uses X-ray to penetrate and decay in material to find defects. X-rays can examine internal defects in metal and non-metal materials and products.For example, porosity and slag in the weld.Lack of penetration and equal volume defects.
