XXQ-1605 NDT inspection equipment can be configured with various models of x ray glass tube heads like 160kV, with the beam angle of 40 ° . Under the working voltage of 160kV and focal distance of 600mm, its penetration can reach up to 19mm (A3 steel) thick.
The XXQ-1605 Industrial NDT inspection equipment evaluates the quality of the product by showing the internal defects of the machined parts and welds on X-ray film by means of X-ray diaphoto photography.
POWER SUPPLY CONDITIONS
The AC-mains voltage range spans from 220 to 240 VAC and the frequency is 50Hz.
The improved power factor correction module ensures stable operation, where AC-mains are unstable.
EASY TO CARRY (The control panel of XXQ-1605 NDT inspection equipment)
The volume of the control panel is 270 ×270× 140mm, weight less than 10kg, very convenient to carry, easy to use in the field.
RELIABLE AND DURABLE
The control panel is composed of four circuit boards with simple structure and low failure rate. At the same time, the control panel shell is strong and firm, which can ensure the normal operation of the control panel in various harsh environments.
The XXQ-1605 Industrial NDT inspection equipment consists of three parts: control console, X-ray generator and low-voltage connecting cables.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The XXQ-1605 ndt equipnent is composed of intelligent controller-ray generator, power cable and connecting cable.
1.The controller will consist of the following sections:
Front Panel: LED display, status and failure indicator, touch keyboards (see the introduction of control panel)
Side Panel: power cable socket and connecting cable socket, power switch,key switch, fuse socket, warning lamp and wire connecting terminal of door-machine interlock.
Internal Circuit: power circuit, rectifying circuit, filter circuit, inverter circuit, control circuit and other circuited.
2.The x-ray generator of the XXQ-1605 ndt equipnent will consist of the following sections:
X-ray tube, High voltage transformer, Temperature relay, Gas pressure gauge and Cooling fan etc.
