XXQ-3205 X-ray Radiographic Weld Testing Equipment equipped with the seletcted 320 kV glass X-ray insert with the beam angle of 40+5°. Under the working voltage of 320kV and focal distance of 600mm, XXQ-3205 X-ray Radiographic Weld Testing Equipment can penetrate 55mm Q235 steel.
XXQ-3205 X-ray Radiographic Weld Testing Equipment is a nondestructive flaw detection method which uses X-ray to penetrate and decay in material to find defects. X-rays can examine internal defects in metal and non-metal materials and products. For example, porosity and slag in the weld. Lack of penetration and equal volume defects.
The design of XXQ-3205 X-ray Radiographic Weld Testing Equipment is firmly, reliable and durable. The controller adopts the integration technology to make the inner configuration more reasonable with imported parts, and more residual electric parameter.The design exposal under the 2OkV prolongs the life of the X-ray tube and coil and improves the reliability of XXQ-3205 X-ray Radiographic Weld Testing Equipment at the same time.
XXQ Series is with directional glass x-ray tube.
XXQ-3205 x-ray Radiographic Weld Testing equipment is made up by x-ray generator, controller, connecting cable, power cable and accessories.
The intelligent design for controllers, the tube voltage and exposing time can be preset, the timer is digital. The controllers have over-voltage protection, over-current protection, less-current protection and exposing delay function. Strong impact resistance and anti-jamming performance for the complex work environment.
X-ray generator has over-temperature protection. When the generator is over temperature, it will shut down the high voltage automatically.
