XXQ-3505 X-ray Weld Inspection Equipment equipped with the seletcted 350 kV ceramic X-ray insert with the beam angle of 40+5°. Under the working voltage of 350kV and focal distance of 600mm, XXQ-3505 X-ray Weld Inspection Equipment can penetrate 60mm Q235 steel.
XXQ Series is with directional glass x-ray tube.
XXQ-3505 x-ray weld inspection equipment is made up by x-ray generator, controller, connecting cable, power cable and accessories.
The intelligent design for controllers, the tube voltage and exposing time can be preset, the timer is digital.
The controllers of the XXQ-3505 x-ray equipment have over-voltage protection, over-current protection, less-current protection and exposing delay function. Strong impact resistance and anti-jamming performance for the complex work environment.
X-ray generator of the x-ray weld inspection equipment has over-temperature protection. When the generator is over temperature, it will shut down the high voltage automatically.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF XXQ-3505 X-RAY EQUIPMENT
X-ray flaw detection is an inspection method that uses X-ray to penetrate metal materials and forms images with different blackness on the film due to the different absorption and scattering effects of materials on the ray, thus judging the internal defects of materials.
